In most cases, you must use in-network providers and pharmacies while you are a member of our plan. Please review your Member Handbook, or visit the Out-of-Network (OON) Coverage page to review Meridian’s OON provider and pharmacy access rules.

You must go to your assigned Primary Care Provider (PCP). Member Services can help you find a PCP, specialist or other healthcare provider in your area as well as find a provider who speaks your preferred language. They will refer you to other providers you may need to see, such as a specialist. You can change your PCP at any time by calling Member Services at 1-855-580-1689 (TTY 711), Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. On weekends and on state or federal holidays, you may be asked to leave a message. Your call will be returned within the next business day.
