Best Available Evidence
If you believe you qualify for Extra Help and you're paying an incorrect cost-sharing amount when you get your prescription(s) at the pharmacy, there is a process called "Best Available Evidence" (BAE) we use to determine your cost sharing amount(s). As part of the BAE process, you either request assistance in obtaining evidence of your proper co-payment level, or, if you already have the evidence, provide this evidence to us.
